£1000 Monthly Prize Draw Rules

When is the Prize Draw running?


1. The Prize Draw will be effective from 1 September - 31 December 2008.

 

When will the Prize Draws take place?

2. Prize Draws will take place for the months of September, October, November and December 2008.
3. Closing time and date of each monthly prize draw will be 23:59:59 on e.g. 30 September, 31 October, 30 November and 31 December.
4. The time of transactions is as recorded by BizzEnergy Ltd’s servers will be taken as the record of user account activation.
5. Each monthly Prize Draw will be made by the 10th of the month following the qualifying month e.g. September’s Draw will be made by the 10th October.

 

Who will be entered into the Prize Draw?

6. All active users signed up to online account management with BizzEnergy. (An active user for the purpose of this draw is defined as any account with a valid username and password to enable access to the secure Customer area of www.BizzEnergy.com ‘Your Account’).
7. User accounts must have been set up and passwords confirmed before or during the calendar month prior to the Prize Draw taking place.
8. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over and to businesses registered in the United Kingdom. Entrants must, at the closing date, be customers of BizzEnergy Ltd for the supply of electricity. The prize draw is not open to Employees of BizzEnergy Ltd, their immediate family or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

 

How will the winning account be selected from the Prize Draw?

9. The winning account will be drawn at random from a list of all active accounts for the qualifying period (the previous calendar month). The winner will be identified by their unique BizzEnergy Account Number.

 

What is the prize?

10. £1000 of credit will be applied to the specified winning account (identified by the unique BizzEnergy Account Number) within 30 days of notification. No other account can be credited, and no cash or other alternative prize will be offered.

 

How will customers know if they have won?

11. Winners will be notified by email within seven days of the Prize Draw taking place.

Can customers opt out of the Prize Draw if they wish?

14. Customers can opt out of the prize draw by emailing their details to optout@bizzenergy.com or by calling 0844 472 4200.
15. By entering the free prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that the winner cooperates fully for publicity purposes if so required.

 

What happens if there is a dispute?

16. In the event of a dispute, the promoter’s decision is final.
17. The promoter accepts no liability for incomplete, delayed or lost entries as a result of technical or other failures.
