BizzEnergy is amongst the best of British in The National Business Awards

Worcester-based BizzEnergy, the highly competitive supplier of electricity to businesses, is a finalist in the prestigious National Business Awards, sponsored by Orange. The awards are designed to recognise and promote excellence, best practice and innovation in the UK business community. The list of finalists in the awards reads like a 'who's who' of the best of British business and BizzEnergy is extremely proud to be amongst the chosen few out of almost 1,900 entries. Other finalists include Marks & Spencer, The Royal Bank of Scotland, BAA, The Carphone Warehouse and Egg.

Award organiser Adrian Tripp said: "All of our finalists have done remarkably well to have survived the rigorous judging process and make it through to the finals. The calibre of entries was exceptionally high and everyone who entered deserves praise."

BizzEnergy is one of just five finalists in the Growth Strategy of the Year Award, sponsored by Navision and Microsoft Business Solutions. The award recognises the organisation that best demonstrates how an organic growth strategy has achieved outstanding levels of sales, profit and market share improvement. The other finalists for this award alongside BizzEnergy are Alternative Networks Limited, Telecom One Limited, Betfair.com and KWI, a software firm. All the other finalists for Growth Strategy of the Year are London-based firms.

Sussanne Chambers, BizzEnergy director of marketing said, "We are delighted to achieve this recognition in The National Business awards. It is a testament to our high-calibre and extremely committed staff that we have achieved and are able to clearly demonstrate such an impressive record of organic growth."
