To celebrate our exceptional fuel mix, and to kick off our “Go Green in 2006” campaign we have teamed up with the charity Trees for Life. For every one of our existing customers switching to Green Choice through our Go Green Campaign we’re making a donation to purchase and plant a tree on their behalf with Trees for Life - the only UK charity specifically dedicated to the restoration of the Caledonian Forest. To get the campaign off to a flying start BizzEnergy are purchasing a tree for every member of staff here at our offices in Worcester.

Online Tutorial now available for our HH Data Provision Service
The majority of our HH customers are able to access their HH data whenever they want through our free HH Data Provision Service. By logging onto the secure site it’s possible for them to view data as early as D+1, allowing trends and anomalies to be quickly spotted for further investigation.
BizzEnergy welcomes the publication Ofgem’s fact sheet on Smart Metering
Following the recent publication of a fact sheet on Smart Metering by Ofgem, BizzEnergy are delighted to have been amongst the first suppliers in the country to offer Smart metering to their customers, through their innovative Smart Choice package launched in 2004. Smart meters are a new way to monitor consumption, and replace existing meters with the latest technology. The new meters automatically capture readings in a much higher frequency than the traditional manual process, and can even provide readings at half hourly intervals if required.
Great news for the environment as our fuel mix disclosure is published
Here at BizzEnergy we’re proud of our exceptional environmental performance with 8% of our electricity coming from fully renewable sources as per our latest published fuel mix table. This is double the national average, and customers on our standard product have already reduced their environmental impact just by choosing us as their supplier.
Going Green in 2006
We recognise that for many customers the only thing holding them back from switching to more environmentally friendly electricity products is the cost, and so have recently offered a number of our existing customers the option to switch to fully green electricity for a one off fee of just £20.
