The majority of our HH customers are able to access their HH data whenever they want through our free HH Data Provision Service. By logging onto the secure site it’s possible for them to view data as early as D+1, allowing trends and anomalies to be quickly spotted for further investigation.
To help customers get the best out of this service we have put together a short tutorial which is now available online through the BizzEnergy website. This takes users through the service step by step, showing them the functionality available and the options they can use to get the data in the form that they want.
