BizzEnergy holds limited information in relation to its customers and their representatives who make use of the BizzEnergy website. This information includes the contact details and other relevant information supplied at the time of obtaining a quotation and/or entering into a supply agreement with BizzEnergy.
BizzEnergy may also collect further information relating to its customers generated as a result of the customer’s use of BizzEnergy’s services, in particular contact details, records of electricity consumption and billing and payment records.
How BizzEnergy uses information:
BizzEnergy uses its customer information to provide and offer its services to the customer in accordance with BizzEnergy's Standard Terms and Conditions.

Information relating to customers is normally kept confidential by BizzEnergy at all times, but BizzEnergy may disclose certain information in relation to its customers:

to third parties who need to have the information for the provision of BizzEnergy's services, such as the customer's bank (for the purposes of administering the customer's direct debit payments) and any data collector or data aggregator used by BizzEnergy for metering purposes; and |

to credit reference agencies used by BizzEnergy. |
BizzEnergy will not disclose customers’ details to third parties for marketing purposes without obtaining the customer's prior consent.
BizzEnergy also reserves the right to disclose to third parties customers' details which would otherwise be treated as confidential if either:

BizzEnergy is required to do so by reason of any legal or regulatory requirement, or a court order; or |

It is necessary for BizzEnergy to do so to enforce BizzEnergy’s Terms and Conditions. |

Customers are responsible for their username[s] and password[s], which should never be disclosed to a third party.
BizzEnergy cannot guarantee the confidentiality of e-mails sent to us. We therefore recommend that you do not send account numbers and other confidential information via e-mail.
